Hi, I'm Nadia!
Hello! I want to thank you so much for taking the time to join me here and would like to introduce myself a little further…I am Nadia Ramsaran a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California. I am a second-generation West Indian American, my parents immigrated from Guyana
and I’m also a first-generation college graduate.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Redlands ( Go Bulldogs!) and Master of Science in Counseling from Loma Linda University in 2014. I have spent the last several years of my career working as a school counselor and mental health counselor in elementary and middle school, in addition to working in community mental health agencies and group practices.
When I am not working, you can find me enjoying evening walks with my husband of 6 years and our fun loving toddler, sipping copious amounts of coffee, or baking yummy treats.

My name is Brittany Perez and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I am excited to support you as you navigate re-discovering your best self.
I approach emotional healing with a holistic model because I believe everyone deserves to find healthy ways to cope when feeling emotionally distressed. I use mindfulness techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy, along with other evidence-based treatments to help remind clients of their strengths and build new healthy habits. My goal is to provide each client with their individualized treatment by meeting each client exactly where they are.
