Best Life Counseling Services is committed to providing quality care while respecting the time and availability of both clients and clinicians. This policy outlines the procedures for cancelling or rescheduling appointments.
Appointment Scheduling
Therapy appointments are scheduled in advance to reserve dedicated time for each client. Once an appointment is confirmed, that time is reserved specifically for you.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.
Cancellation Notice
Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
Providing advance notice allows the appointment time to be offered to another client who may need services.
Late Cancellations
A cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice may be considered a late cancellation.
Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee according to the policies of Best Life Counseling Services.
Missed Appointments (No-Shows)
If a client does not attend a scheduled appointment and no prior notice has been provided, the appointment may be considered a no-show.
No-show appointments may result in a missed session fee.
Repeated missed appointments may also affect the ability to continue scheduling future sessions.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to a session:

The session may need to end at the originally scheduled time.

The full session fee may still apply.
This helps ensure that other scheduled appointments are not disrupted.
Emergency Situations
Best Life Counseling Services understands that unexpected situations can occur.
If you experience an emergency that prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact the office as soon as possible so we can discuss appropriate options.
