How long does it take to get started?

Most clients complete the intake form in 5–10 minutes. Our client care coordinator will reach out within 24 hours to schedule your consultation.

Can I use insurance?

Yes. We work with most major insurance plans. Please indicate your provider on the intake form. Your VA will confirm coverage and match you to a therapist on your plan.

What happens on the consultation call?

The consultation is a brief 10–15-minute call with your therapist to see if it’s a good fit before your first session.
