Hi, I’m Nadia
Nadia Ramsaran, LPCC
Hi, I’m Nadia, Founder and Clinical Director of Best Life Counseling Services. I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in California, specializing in women’s mental health and perinatal care. My work is deeply rooted in both my clinical training and my lived experience as a wife, a mother of two, and the daughter of immigrants. I understand firsthand the layers of expectation, responsibility, and identity that many women quietly carry.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Redlands and my Master of Science in Counseling from Loma Linda University in 2014. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in schools, community mental health, and group practice settings, supporting children, families, and individuals through a wide range of emotional and life challenges.
I’m a certified practitioner, and you can also find me on Golden Gate Health. I’m vetted by Zencare, verified by Psychology Today, and a member of Therapy Tribe.
Today, I bring that depth of experience into my work with women navigating anxiety, burnout, motherhood, and major life transitions. My professional journey and work in mental health have also been featured by Business Stories Magazine.
My approach is warm, relational, and insight-driven. I strive to create a space where you can slow down, feel truly seen and understood, and begin to reconnect with yourself. Together, we’ll work to build clarity, strengthen boundaries, and support you in moving toward a life that feels more aligned, grounded, and fulfilling.
I’m so glad you’re here. You don’t have to navigate this alone. Let’s begin your journey toward your best life.

Helping Women Feel Like Themselves Again
| Women’s Mental Health • Pregnancy & Postpartum • Burnout • Motherhood |
You may be the person everyone counts on, yet lately you’ve felt overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from yourself. Maybe you’re navigating pregnancy or motherhood, carrying stress in your relationships, or wondering when there will be room for your own needs. If that sounds familiar, I want you to know you don’t have to carry it all alone.
I’ve been there, trying to care for others while making sense of my own needs and changing identity. As a wife, mother, and daughter of immigrants, I understand how the roles we hold can shape the way we see ourselves. Your experience is uniquely yours, and I’d like to hear your story.
My Experience
With my BA in Psychology from the University of Redlands and my MS in Counseling from Loma Linda University. Over the past decade, I’ve supported individuals and families in schools, community mental health, medical settings, and private practice.
Also, as a PSI Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional, I have advanced training in supporting women through fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum, and the emotional changes that can come with motherhood.
My Approach
Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and practical. We’ll make space for what you’re feeling, explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build tools you can use in your everyday life. I’ll meet you with compassion and help you move toward greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
If you’re tired of carrying so much on your own, I’d be honored to support you as you find your way forward.
