Nicole Hernandez, LMFT

I have a deep respect for the courage it takes to begin therapy, especially when you’ve been carrying so much on your own. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship challenges, and I’m passionate about helping you gently explore what you’ve been holding and begin to understand it at a deeper level.

My approach is eclectic and collaborative, meaning I meet you where you are and tailor our work to your unique needs. Some sessions may focus on processing through conversation, while others may incorporate practical tools to help you feel more grounded and supported in your day-to-day life. As a multi-racial therapist, I’m committed to creating a culturally attuned space where you feel seen, respected, and understood in all aspects of your identity.

I strive to create an environment where you feel safe enough to show up fully—without fear of judgment. Together, we can begin to unpack feelings of guilt, shame, and the belief that something is “wrong” with you. I believe healing is possible and that you don’t have to go through it alone. My hope is that through our work, you feel more connected to yourself, more empowered in your life, and more confident in your ability to move forward.
